Brrrrr it was cold!

It is cold outside and the wind is blowing! Brrrrr! A great day to stay inside and get some work done.

My DH and I took our grand-daughter to the Dayton Dragons game last and just about froze. It was cold, cloudy and windy, not a good combination for a ball game. The up side to all of it was that Ava got to go down to the field and participate in one of their games. She even got a free t-shirt and met Gem and Heater in person. She was excited that they hugged her and gave her a kiss. We couldn't leave out Austin we purchased him a t-shirt and Rod one. Ava had to have a pompom to wave in the air.

Any good baseball stories out there? What is the craziest thing that has happened to you at a ballgame?

I wasn't surprised to see a lady carrying a Large Utility Tote from 31. She had lots of blankets and all the necessities for a cold night. I wonder if she had hot chocolate? hmmmm
April special will be ending on the 30th! Get your orders in soon.

We are going to the Dayton Dragons Game!

Where do I begin?
Today is going to be a busy day. This morning I'm helping out at the Freeze, Robin forgot that she had a birthday party at her house today. So I volunteered to help her out, wouldn't want her to miss her sisters birthday party. Happy Birthday Rhonda and Evonda.

We have tickets to the Dayton Dragons baseball game for this evening. The best part about this particular game is Ava gets to go down on the field and play a between innings game with some kids. She will get a free t-shirt and a memory for a life time. I think Rod is just as excited as she is. The only down side to the game this evening is, brrrrr it's going to be cold. We have had weather in the 70's and today we will be lucky to get to 55. We will be bundling up and taking a blanket. I wouldn't want Ava (or me) to get cold.

What event from your childhood holds a special place in your heart?

Who is your biggest fan?

Another beautiful day, well so far. It's going to rain this afternoon and into the weekend, which makes for a cold baseball game. My DH and grand-daughter will be attending the Dayton Dragons game Saturday evening. We will be dressing warm and taking a blanket. The temperature is should get up to 74 today and then drop to 55 tomorrow.....brrrrr!

Every morning I get up and get Rod off to work and get out my journal to write. Most of what I write is just stuff that is in my head that needs to leave. A jumbled up mess that distracts my thoughts. I get it all on paper so I can focus on my day. I've never claimed to be a writer, just a journaler with lots to say. I am thankful and blessed that I have such a wonderful husband that takes care of me. He never complains about any of the crazy ideas that I get. He just nods his head and says "If that's what you want to do". He is my biggest fan and I his!

Who is your biggest fan? Who do you cheer for every day?

Welcome

First and foremost thanks for visiting my site! Without you I would just be talking to myself.
I signed up to sell Thirty-One Gifts last August, with the idea that I was in it to get rich. My problem with that statement is I was looking at this adventure all wrong.
I am here to help women! To empower them, to encourage them to help them become stronger in who they are in life! We go through our day to day routines with the idea that nobody cares. At least that is how I felt for a long time. Then I found out that "I" care. I care about myself and all the little things that "I" do every day. I didn't need someone to tell me I was doing a good job. I just needed to see ME! To see myself for who I am and for who I want to be. I didn't want to go through life without making a difference to someone. The first person I needed to make a difference for was MYSELF.
"I AM"
Welcome to "Our" adventure together. One tote at a time, organizing our life to our own expectations!
